Resumen: Los partidos políticos no han sido analizados como actores protagonistas del proceso de integración europea por el predominio de los intereses nacionales. Sin embargo, los europartidos son ya una realidad en el Parlamento Europeo, aunque no posean las características completas de los partidos nacionales. Los europartidos tienen una débil organización y escasos recursos, pero elaboran manifiestos, coordinan votaciones y tienen reconocimiento y financiación legal comunitarios. De hecho, está aumentando la disciplina de los europartidos en los dos grandes ejes de la política europea: el socioeconómico y el del gasto de integración.

Abstract: The political parties have not been analyzed as main actors of the European integration process because the predominance of national interests. Nevertheless, the europarties are a reality in the European Parliament yet, though they don’t have the full attributes of national parties. The europarties have a weak organization and limited resources, but they make manifestos, coordinate voting, and have legal and financing status. In fact, the europarties discipline is increasing in the two main axes of European policies: the socioeconomic and the integrative issues.
