Resumen: En este artículo se presentan de forma más detallada los elementos básicos que configuran la metodología en participación ciudadana “Núcleos de Intervención Participativa”, como son: la selección al azar de los participantes, su remuneración, la adecuada preparación de la información, la deliberación, el trabajo en grupos pequeños, la dedicación intensiva pero temporalmente limitada para solucionar una tarea específica y la cuestión de cómo determinar estas tareas.

Abstract: This article presents a detailed discription of the Basic elements of the methodology in citizen participation. “Citizan Juries” as there are: the random selection of the participants, their payment, the suitable preparation of the input of information, the deliberation, the work in small groups, the intensive but temporarily limited dedication to find solutions for a specific task and the question of how to determinate these tasks
