Resumen
Los desafíos a los que se enfrenta Europa en el año 2023, tales como las crisis económicas y financieras, la pandemia de la COVID-19 y el regreso de la guerra al continente han acrecentado aún más la necesidad de reforzar el proceso de toma de decisiones en la Unión Europea y las políticas a nivel comunitario para afrontar en mejores condiciones los retos transnacionales. Aunque la Unión Europea continúa sin ser un estado ejerce un poder europeo que ha de reforzarse ampliando así su influencia y la de sus estados miembros.

Abstract
The challenges Euorpe will be during 2023, such as the economic and financial crises, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the return of war to the European continente have further reinforced the need to strengthen EU decisión-making and policies at the EU level in order to tackle transnational challenges in a better way. Although the European Union is still not a state, it exercises a European power that needs to be strengthened in order to extend its influence and that of its member states.
