LA INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN DE LA EXCLUSIÓN SOCIAL EXTREMA EN ESPAÑA: TENDENCIAS Y ESCENARIOS DE FUTURO

Resumen

En España, la incorporación de inmigrantes al colectivo de población “sin techo” / “sin hogar” supone una novedad histórica que exige, entre otras cuestiones, su estudio continuado. En este artículo se hace una aproximación al concepto sociológico de inmigrante “sin techo” / “sin hogar”. Se sitúa el análisis de esta problemática social dentro del marco de los estudios de exclusión social, se presentan los factores exclusógenos que hay detrás de las vidas de estas personas, se ofrecen los perfiles socio-demográficos de esta población y se hace una previsión sobre los escenarios tendenciales de la internacionalización de la exclusión extrema.

Abstract

In Spain, the addition of immigrants to the “tramp” population which in following phases of social dissociation makes them “homeless” people, “tramp people” is an historic novelty which demands among other questions a continued study. The article argues about the reasons of why it the terminology of foreing “homeless” is used and no others that are used at the moment. The analysis is located inside the social exclusion studies framework, it presents the excluding factors which lies behind theses people’s lives. The socio-economic profiles of this population is offered and a prediction is made about the aimed sceneries.
