El presente trabajo analiza cómo se formó y se consolidó la dictadura personal de Franco. También analiza los procesos jurídicos que empleó para asentar su dictadura y cómo estos procesos se pueden considerar perfeccionados en 1939.

Abstract
This paper analyzes how wasformed and consolidated the Franco`s personal dictatorship. It is also analyzed the legal processes he used to establish his dictatorship can be considered perfct in 1939.
